This weekend is Oakland’s 10th annual Art & Soul Festival, a city sponsored event that seems to get bigger, better and more popular each year. It’s a two day festival, featuring some of the very best local talents in music and food the city has to offer. The festival has something for all ages to enjoy with a variety of music, fabulous food, and a kid zone with loads of entertainment to keep the little ones entertained.
