  • Delivering and/or communicating to you, in a timely manner, any disclosures, materials or information that has been received by Michael and that could affect your decision to complete the purchase.

  • Scheduling property inspections and attending inspections. Identifying clients options based on inspection results.

  • Monitor the loan approval process.

  • Advise clients on options should problems arise with the escrow process from loan, to title, to property inspections and assist in renegotiating the contract if necessary.

  • Accompany clients through the final property walk-through inspection before closing as provided for in the contract.
